Service Description

Pre-conception consultation visit for individuals and couples who are interested in natural family planning. A consultation can include a plan for preparing your body to become pregnant; nutrition and supplement advice; helping you understand how your cycle works and how to track your fertility signs; timing advice; review of your medical history and risk factors, and a full gyn exam, if you need one. ​
