Service Description
Concierge at home pre-conception consultation visit for individuals and couples who are interested in conceiving with their own fresh sperm! A consultation can include: creating a plan for preparing your body to become pregnant; nutrition and supplement advice; helping you understand how your cycle works and how to track your fertility signs; timing advice; review of your medical history and risk factors, and a full gyn exam, if you need one. If you are located more than 15 miles away from 11215 or it's after regular office hours there will be an additional $80 fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hr in advance. No notification of no show will be subject to the entire cost of the treatment or visit.
