TLC Midwifery, led by Yuen Kwan Chan, DNPCNM, IBCLC, is a concierge midwifery practice based in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. 3 Signs Your Pelvic Floor Needs Help

1. You leak when you cough, sneeze, or exercise
Even a little urine leakage can be a sign that your pelvic floor needs some extra support.

2. You feel pressure or heaviness down there
A feeling of heaviness, pressure, or something “dropping” in the vagina shouldn’t be something you simply have to live with.
